
Every day, millions of transactions are made across the world and although most of these go without a hitch we have all found ourselves in a position where that purchase didn’t quite end up being what we bargained for.
But what to do? Consumer rights are often complicated far too much by myths and shop staff not having complete training and consequently it is often a struggle to reach a suitable resolution.
